A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 3, 2017. 15:08 around 15:08, the Defendant passed at the delivery to the north-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and E middle school.
