A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

All applications for compensation order of this case shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

From December 12, 1991 to June 4, 201, the Defendant has been working as a staff member of the Korea Saemaul Savings Depository in Jin-gu, Jin-si, Jin-si and has been engaged in the business of receipt and disbursement of deposits.

1. Forgery of private documents and display of private documents;

around November 19, 2010, the Defendant: (a) stated “E”, “Termination”, “F”, and “F” in the name column; (b) imprinted F’s seal on the resident registration number column of the receipt of mutual aid money; (c) stated “G” and “F” in the name column; (d) forged the receipt of mutual aid money under the name of “F” and one copy of the receipt of mutual aid money; and (e) forged the receipt of the same in the name of “F” and one copy of the receipt of the same document and one copy of the receipt of mutual aid money; and (e) posted the same in the name of “F” and one copy of the receipt of the same document and one copy of the same document and one copy of the receipt of the same in the name of “F” to be kept on the 3th page of the receipt of the mutual aid money; and (e) had the Defendant use the same document and one copy of the receipt of the same in the name of the above 10th 20th 13th 25 3th 13th 20th 20.

In addition, the defendant is indicated in the list of crimes (2) in attached Form between around that time and May 31, 2013.
