Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 for a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on March 21, 201, and a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime at the Daegu District Court on January 11, 2012, respectively.
