Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2018, the Defendant driven a B SP car with approximately 30 meters wide from the same parking lot located in Busan Dong-dong to the same front of the same parking lot while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.174% among blood transfusion around 23:27.
