A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2013, at around 2:25 on May 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had been viewed from “Cju’s store” located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, as an issue of drinking value with his/her employees and the victim E (the age of 36) who is the head of the above drinking house D, was sleeped with the victim’s breath hand on the ground that the victim E (the age of 36) was restraind; (b) he/she was sleeped with the victim’s breath face; (c) was slicked once on the face of drinking; and (d) was flicked for approximately 28 days by walking a bridge

2. The Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the Victim D’s table, which was located at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph (1), on the ground that the Plaintiff claimed it with E, and subsequently destroyed and damaged the claim amounting to KRW 1,40,000,000, for the 140,000 per unit market
