A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant injected a phiphone in collusion with F and G by inserting approximately 0.1 g of a F car parked on the street near the Ehigh School located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with F and G, for each of the instant psychotropic drugs, in a one-time injection machine, and dilution with water, in collusion with F and G.

2. On June 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold 00,000 won in cash from G and approximately 0.7g 0.67g of hempphones and approximately 0.67g of marijuana in the vicinity of the I gas station in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

3. On July 18, 2015, at around 22:00, the following day, around 22:00, and around 22:2:00, and around 22:00, the following day, the Defendant parked in the Defendant’s vehicle located near the K located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-guJ on three occasions, in a way that the Defendant gets smoked by inserting approximately 0.2g of marijuana in tobacco and attaching a fire to a smoke.

On July 21, 2015, at around 20:10, the Defendant carried a penphone and marijuana by inserting approximately 2.24g and approximately 7.63g of hemp in the Defendant’s car drive seat in front of Maart in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan L, with a driver’s seat in the passenger car located in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
