Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 30, 2012, the Defendant, at the Suwon District Court, sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of imprisonment on March 10, 2015.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 30, 2016, around 23:00 to 24:00, the Defendant, at a D hotel located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, put psychotropic drugs in two in a single-use injection machine for psychotropic drugs (one-time “propopon”; hereinafter “propopon”) and injected them with water into the bloodline of E’s hand, etc., dilution them with water, and administered psychotropic drugs as a injection to the Defendant’s own copopon.

2. At around 21:00 to 22:00 on November 2, 2016, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.07 grams from the Defendant’s house of 102 Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City “F apartment” into a single-use injection machine, 102 Dong-gu, 103, and 107 grams into water, dilution into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

3. The Defendant smoked marijuana by wrapping about 0.1g of hemps at the time, at the same time, and at the same place as the above 2, with a fire on paper, and attaching it a smoke.

4. 5. On November 3, 2016, at the detention room of the H police station around 16:20, the Defendant kept psychotropic drugs by putting the Defendant’s diving-phone 0.86gg in plastic bags on his/her diving in a plastic bag.
