1. Of the judgment of the first instance court, the Plaintiff against Defendant D, E, F, and G, which constitutes the money ordering payment below.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the party (1) Plaintiff A and his children are the occupants of H apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) Defendant D was a representative of the instant apartment building 13 units (from May 1, 2010, hereinafter “Dong Representative”) election commission (hereinafter “instant fleet”) chairman, Defendant E, F, and G as a member of the instant fleet, and the occupant of the instant apartment unit.

(3) The Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives is a non-corporate body comprised of Dong representatives of the instant apartment complex pursuant to the Housing Act.

Defendant C was working as the “head of the management division,” who is an employee of the apartment management office of this case at the time of the instant activities, and was resigned on December 9, 201.

B. On March 13, 2010, the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives announced that the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives would make an application to the management office for the formation and activities of the instant fleet.

(2) Defendant D, E, F, G and resident L, K, I, and J applied for the membership of the instant vessel officer.

On March 20, 2010, the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives publicly announced that the Defendant’s meeting was convened to elect the chairman of the instant vessel on March 22, 2010.

(3) On March 22, 2010, the instant election commission opened a meeting on March 22, 2010, elected Defendant D as the Chairperson, JJ Vice-Chairperson, and K as the executive secretary. On the other hand, on the one hand, a resolution was made as follows.

(1) A senior citizen center D shall be elected by the election commission to the chairperson of the election commission in full care.

(4) Any person who encourages a disturbance in a complex shall be excluded.

(4) On March 24, 2010, the instant election commission registered at the management office from 09:00 to 17:00 of the same month to 30:00 of the same day.
