A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2016, around 19:15, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol in the old door of the apartment house, 4 Gayang-ro 57-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 19:5,000, the Defendant used the victim’s face at one time by drinking together with the victim C (59) and Si expenses, and displayed the test color bank used by the Defendant, and boomed the victim’s head at one time. The Defendant blicked the wall (10cm wide, about 10cm long, about 10cm long) that is a dangerous object on the floor, and blicked the victim’s head at one time with the above wall.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and carried them with a ductal body where the number of days of treatment cannot be known to the victim.

(k) Unfavorable circumstances: A dangerous object - The head of the victim's head is remarkably high, and a record of being punished for a crime related to the same kind of violence is several times;

- Other conditions of sentencing under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, and circumstances after the crime, shall be taken into consideration to determine the punishment against the defendant.
