피고인은 2019. 2. 22. 23:02경 부산 사하구 B에 있는 부산사하경찰서 C지구대 앞에서, 택시 안에서 기사에게 욕을 하고 행패를 부린다는 이유로 위 지구대로 택시기사와 함께 방문한 후 피고인에게 택시요금을 지불하고 귀가할 것을 권유한다는 이유로 위 지구대 소속 경사 D, 경장 E을 향해 “야이 새끼야, 내가 니 아버지 뻘 되는 나이다, 이새끼야”라고 욕설을 수회 반복하고, 위 지구대 소속 경사 F(39세)가 이를 제지하자 위 F에게 “야이, 개새끼야”라고 욕설을 하며 5초가량 위 F의 멱살을 잡고 밀치는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to global guard service.
