1. The defendant,
A. The plaintiff A 232,344,958 won;
B. Plaintiff B: KRW 1,500,000, Plaintiff C and D respectively; and
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is the employer of H who works as a sports assistant in the above golf course as a company running G (hereinafter "the defendant company") (hereinafter "the defendant company").
Plaintiff
A, as seen later, is a person who was injured while conducting a golf game in the above golf course, and the plaintiff B is the spouse of the plaintiff, and the plaintiff C and D are children of the plaintiff.
B. From August 15, 2016, Plaintiff A, along with the Defendant’s Intervenor, I, and J, engaged in golf games with H’s subsidization from the above golf course from around 17:39.
At around 19:00 on the same day, the golf course of this case, such as the attached Form, was neglected to 7, and the plaintiff A fell to the left-hand rack, and the defendant joining the defendant was found to fall to the bottom.
Plaintiff
A moved to a place where one's own official design has been used, putting off the official design to that place, and then moved to H along with H in order to display it.
The Intervenor joining the Defendant re-convened a person in the vicinity of the submarined 30 meters away from that person’s neighborhood. The Defendant was in line with the Plaintiff’s right eye on that person’s part, which led to the Plaintiff’s injury to the right eye.

2. Determination
A. The golf course game assistant in which liability for damages is established is to enable visitors to use the golf course facilities well by transporting golf rooms with visitors and explaining the golf course courses to visitors.
