A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

At around 18:20 on March 14, 2019, the Defendant driven the above taxi and proceeded at a speed of about 95 km from the east-Eup to the east-west side of the west-gun of Gyeongsung-gun with a one-lane road at the speed of about 95 km in speed.

At this point, the speed limit is 50 km per hour, and the center line of yellow-ray is installed, so a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to observe the speed limit and to safely drive the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went beyond 45 km per hour, and was negligent in driving the center line by breaking the center line, which led to the fault of the victim D(45 years old) driving along the opposite lane, with the left side, and the rear side of the said taxi.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim F (the 50-year old age) who is a member of the victim D and the above Aburd-purged passenger vehicle due to the above occupational negligence, each of which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment, and at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the said Newburged passenger vehicle to be repaired by approximately KRW 2,136,885, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as immediately stopping it, and providing relief to the victim.
