2. On May 2015, the Defendant, on May 1, 2015, found one of the instant smart keyss of the G apartment parking lot near the G apartment parking site at around 18:30 on May 1, 2015, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, without taking any necessary procedures.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

3.
