Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 23, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million as larceny at the Gwangju District Court; on January 30, 2004, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for larceny, etc.; on July 30, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the same court on July 30, 2004; on August 16, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the same court on December 11, 2008.
After that, on December 16, 2011, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for three years and six months due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the same court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ganpo prison on April 27, 2015.
