Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 17:00 on September 12, 2013, the Defendant discovered one cash 12,000 won, driver’s license 1, NH Credit Card Co., Ltd., and IMM (MCM) equivalent to KRW 130,00 in the market price with one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative Security Card, and embezzled it.

On September 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) presented the said credit card to the victim D (hereinafter “C”) operated by the victim D (hereinafter “C”) at regular Eup/Myeon on September 17:56, 2013; and (b) obtained the said card from the employee as if it were his/her own credit card; and (c) obtained the said card from his/her employee the amount equivalent to KRW 18,900, and KRW 25,00,000, in the market price of the

3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, presented the credit card at the time and place, signed the card settlement terminal, and used the said credit card unlawfully.
