1. On July 29, 2018, the Defendant carried out 90,00 won in cash, agricultural credit card No. 1, one identification card No. 1, one identification card No. 1, and one mobile phone equivalent to 500,000 won in the market value, etc., which the victim came to a cell phone No. 11:50 on July 29, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. On July 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant purchased precious metals from the “H” bank of the victim G operation on the fourth floor of the Fmat located in Daejeon-dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and presented the victim as if the Defendant were the legitimate owner of the said card, and had the Agricultural Credit Card (I) completed the stolen Credit Card (I) as described in the above paragraph (1) approved the settlement of the price, and then received a delivery of precious metal amounting to KRW 1780,00 from the victim.

The defendant uses stolen credit cards and received property by deceiving the victim.

1. At around 08:00 on April 24, 2018, the Defendant cut off the victim’s 50,000 won in cash, including 30,00 won, 50,000 won, 30,000 won, 50,000 won, and 5,000,000 won of the market price owned by the victim and 2,80,000 won, and 2,80,000,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, including 5,00,000,000 won and 2,000,000,000 won.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant’s fraud, around April 24, 2018, at the “N” mobile phone sales store operated by a victim whose name is unknown in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, purchased one mobile phone with S4 and one mobile phone at the gallon sales store, and settled 30,000 won using one credit card (O) which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1).
