A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the victim C (ma, 46 years of age) and the married couple, and the victim D (ma, 15 years of age) and the victim E (ma, 11 years of age) are women.
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. At around 12:00 on September 9, 2014, the Defendant heard from the victim’s house located in F on September 12, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and head 5 to 6 times on the floor of the Defendant’s house, “I see why I am home with his/her daughters and motion pictures, and why I am home late with his/her promise to go home.”

C. At around 23:00 on March 18, 2015, at the place of the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant disputed with the victim about the unpaid mobile phone charges registered in the name of her husband and wife at the third place.
