1. On December 19, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim HB that “FK Game money will be sold KRW 10,500,00 as FK Game money will be transferred” by contacting the victim HB, who posted an article to buy FK Game money on the Internet “HC” website at an inf place.

However, because the defendant did not possess the FL, even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the intent and ability to sell the FL.

On December 19, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 94,500 from the victim to the E bank account (HE) in the name of HD designated by the Defendant.

2. On December 31, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim HF that “FK Game money will be sold, 4,440,000 won, since FK Game money will be sold,” by contact with the victim HF, who posted an article to intent to buy FK Game money in the mutual PC located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.”

However, because the defendant did not possess the FL, even if he receives the payment from the victim, he did not have the intent and ability to sell the FL.

As above, on December 31, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was transferred 440,000 won from the victim to the HH account in the name of HG designated by the Defendant (HI).

3. On January 28, 2019, the Defendant against the victim HJ posted an article that sells an item on the Internet “BE site” on the HL PC located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and falsely said that “FK items are sold to the victim HJ who contacted the article, 70,000 won.”

However, because the defendant did not own game items, even if he receives the price from the victim, he did not have the intent and ability to sell the items.
