Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, without any special occupation, installs a computer in the second floor of Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, within 201, and acquires items of online game products provided by the Internet game company, Inc., Ltd., and operates a place of work (the place of work of an item) for the purpose of selling them.

1. No person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging for money or repurchase of tangible or intangible results (mark points, premiums, virtual currency, game money or things similar thereto used in the game) obtained through the use of game products or engage in such business;
