Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No petroleum refiner, petroleum exporter or importer, petroleum retailer, petroleum stockpile agent, or alternative fuel manufacturer, etc. in violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall sell petroleum, etc., secondary fuel oil, bio-fuel oil, bio-carbon, bio-carbon, solvents, lulux oil, light oil for ships, light oil for ships, and petroleum intermediate products as fuel for automobiles under subparagraph 1 of Article 2 of the Automobile Management Act and vehicles and machinery prescribed by Presidential Decree;
Defendant
A is a person who engages in a petroleum retail business under the trade name "E" in the Gu and the defendant B is a person who works as an employee in the above "E".
On October 17, 2014, at around 07:04, the Defendants sold 203,68,000 won in total as fuel on the vehicle using a credit card device in the name of the above K K station from November 19, 2014 to October 22:05, by using a credit card device in the name of the K station in the name of the K station in the name of H (L) and using a credit card device (L) in the name of the K station in the name of the K station.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell light oil as fuel to a petroleum retailer.
2. On October 17, 2014, around 07:04 on October 17, 2014, the Defendants paid an amount equivalent to KRW 412,00,00, such as oil for fuel of vehicles to J freight vehicles registered in the name of H operation, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a) above, and settled as if they sold 258-liter via a credit card terminal in the name of K stations using a credit card terminal in the name of K station, thereby having H receive an amount equivalent to KRW 89,087 from the time when the victim was inside oil to November 18, 2014, and thereafter, H received oil equivalent to KRW 89,087 as oil subsidies from the time when the victim was born to November 18, 2014.
