1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

1. Basic facts

A. The passage of the instant shopping mall construction business 1) Ecobro-gu Kimpo-si H 1,084m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

1) On the ground, “I” commercial buildings (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings”) are located on the ground.

(1) The Korea Investment Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Investment Savings Bank”) has carried out the business of newly constructing and selling the shares; and

(2) On May 12, 2015, for the purpose of financing business funds, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for sale in lots and a real estate security trust on the instant land on May 20, 2015. On May 20, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for sale in lots and a conditional contract for sale in lots for some of the instant commercial buildings (hereinafter “each of the instant sales in lots”) and paid the payment of the down payment and the intermediate payment in lots in the name of croccoccoccoccoccoccoccoccoc property trust on the grounds of the said trust contract. 2) The Plaintiffs entered into the contract for sale in lots and the instant commercial buildings between September 17, 2015 and January 20, 2016, even if the sales in lots and the instant commercial buildings were recruited one or more times by open sale, and paid the down payment and the intermediate payment in lots as follows.
