1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 19, 2015 to the date of full payment.

As the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 15/100 per annum) is amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and came into force on October 1, 2015, the part demanding the payment of damages for delay exceeding 20/10 per annum.
