All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

Expenses for appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

The reasoning for this court’s explanation is as follows: (a) except the use of “court of the first instance” and “appraisals” as “appraisals of the first instance court” under the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, this Court’s explanation is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, accepts it as is in accordance with the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

(Attached Cadastral Records). 2. The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and all appeals against the plaintiff's main claim and counterclaim are dismissed as there is no ground.
