1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C, D, and E shall be the Changwon District Court with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (3,7776/6/2191 of H shares among the forest land 1,441 square meters and G forest land 3,771 square meters in a large city), Changwon District Court registration office was issued a provisional registration for the right to claim transfer of ownership under the title I on July 3, 2003 as the receipt of No. 25341 on June 30, 2003.
On the other hand, I died on September 28, 2014, and jointly inherited the property by Defendant C, son, and E, who is the wife of the property, to the proportion of their respective statutory inheritances (3:2:2).
B. With respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 (1,441 square meters of forest land and G forest land 3,771 square meters, 1/246 each of the J shares) as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 (1/246 square meters of forest land and G forest land in a large city), the Changwon District Court Seowon District Court issued a registration office on July 8, 2004 as the receipt of No. 30217, July 5, 2004, and the right
C. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3 (1/656 of the C’s equity interest in the F Forest and G Forest and G Forest and 3,771 square meters), the Changwon District Court, the Changwon District Court, No. 55932, Dec. 30, 2004, received on December 15, 2004, registered the right to claim the transfer of ownership under the Defendant B’s name on the ground of the pre-sale agreement.
On January 28, 2010, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer as to all co-owners’ shares on the ground of sale due to voluntary auction on January 15, 2010 with respect to F forest land 1,441 square meters and K forest land 3,771 square meters.

2. Claim against Defendant C, D, and E
A.
