1. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 3/28 square meters in D 281 square meters in macro-si:
A. Defendant C is the Changwon District Court¡¯s May Office.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff as a party is one of the five persons born between E and F (the Plaintiff, G, H, I, and J).
H is the Plaintiff’s birth, and on February 20, 2012, the name before the name was opened is K.
E Deceased on May 22, 1983, the heir died, and the heir was the wife F, the Plaintiff, G, H, H, I, and J. The heir’s share in inheritance was 2/14, respectively, F, G, H, I, and J 2/14.
I reported the death of August 25, 2004 by J, and the F died on April 5, 201.
B. During the process of land division and registration, E and F completed the registration of preservation of ownership on each 1/2 portion of 1/2 portion of the land located in the Changwon District Court, Changwon District Court, Seoul District Court, No. 2510, Feb. 2, 1981.
H completed the entire registration of transfer of ownership (hereinafter “the registration of transfer of ownership of No. 1”) arising from inheritance by agreement division (hereinafter “instant division”) as of August 30, 2004, No. 37531, May 22, 1983, which was received on August 30, 2004 with respect to E’s share (1/2) among the land before the instant division.
H completed the entire transfer registration of shares (hereinafter “the second ownership transfer registration of this case”) made on September 20, 2004, No. 40739, which was received on September 20, 2004, with respect to F’s shares (1/2) in the land before the instant partition.
On November 14, 2013, the land prior to the instant division was divided into D large-28 square meters and L large-scale 6 square meters in oga-si.
On April 20, 2015, D large-scale 288 square meters was divided into D large-scale 281 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and M large-scale 7 square meters in a large-scale.
C. On September 9, 2015, H sold the instant land to Defendant C at KRW 580,00,000. On the same day, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer under Changwon District Court Seowon District Court Heading under No. 59208, Sept. 9, 2015. Defendant Sungsung Saemaul Community Depository completed the registration of ownership transfer with the maximum debt amount at KRW 507,00,000.
In the course of the relevant case, the Plaintiff filed a claim against H.
