Defendant

A is a wharf of "Emph", which is a regional violence organization of Hosan E, and Defendant C is an assistant of "Emph".

1. On January 23, 2016, the Defendants, while drinking alcohol at the main points of “G” located in the Sinsan-siF around July 2015, the Defendants were willing to return the victim H (Nam, 32 years of age) who left the Emph from “Em” to the organization of the said drinking house, but the Defendants refused to return the alcohol to the organization.

Accordingly, at around 22:10 on January 23, 2016, the Defendants: (a) moved in and opened a trial line on the I human vehicle owned by Defendant A, which was parked outside of the above main point; (b) Defendant A her seated in the front line to get the windows, and the victim “I am out of the son. The defendants driving the above vehicle at a distance of about 1.6 km from the above main point and desire to open the back gate of the victim's boarding at the Gyeongsan cityJ, Busan Metropolitan City. Defendant A shall open the back gate of the victim's boarding and take back the part of the victim's riding and the side gate, make the victim's face several times, keep the victim's hair back with drinking and hand gate, take the victim's head knife and body outside the vehicle. Defendant C shall show the face and body of the victim's head knife and watch the victim's back to the Defendant's side so that the victim does not escape.
