2. On May 30, 2017, around 13:10, the Defendant filed a lawsuit in a manner of keeping approximately approximately 29.97g of philopon in a bridge bag located in the B of Busan Dong-gu, Busan.

3. On September 1, 2017, around 11:55, the Defendant sent approximately 1g of philopon to L free of charge from L’s house located in Jdong-gu Suwondong-gu J apartmentK.

On October 17, 2017, around 10:40 on October 17, 2017, the Defendant sold O with a 2.50,000 won and 2.50,000 won from O at the next coffee shop in the Ngu Northern-gu, Daegu, Daegu, by inserting approximately 0.06g of plasticphones under the front of the public telephone machine and then placing them in the white part of a vinyl.

5. On January 4, 2018, the Defendant attached approximately 0.03 gylphones to T in the backside of the public telephone machine in front of the S Hospital in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, by placing them in the white bag of plasticphones, without compensation.

6. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant issued W from V located in Daegu Northern-gu U around 15:00 to W in a way that 0.3g of philopon is cut off without compensation by using bus baggage.
