If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.071% on blood alcohol level around August 22:43, 2013, driven B rocketing car at approximately 5 km from the roads near the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, to the roads front of the 64m-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
