Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On April 23, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Daegu District Court for one year and two months, and was released on Nov. 30, 2009 and passed on Dec. 24, 2009 during the execution of the sentence.

1. At around 22:00 to 24:00 on November 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, with clothes hacks located in the victim’s head room in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu “D hacka” located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the victim’s head hacks; and (b) stolen the hacks with the victim’s driver’s license, one 1.60,000 won in cash, and one hacks with credit cards.
In addition, from around that time to January 27, 2013, the Defendant stolen goods worth KRW 2,482,00,000, in the same way, from a set set of set-off day to five times, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
2. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing KRW 30,00,00 even though he/she knew that his/her driver’s license, which was stolen from his/her deceased person, was stolen, in the vicinity of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu Nowon-2, 335 subway 4, a subway 4, was difficult to find employment due to his/her geographical distribution, using another person’s identification card.

Nevertheless, on August 31, 2012, the Defendant, on the road near Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 5 Nowon-gu, saying, “I would be able to use the cash as a stolen product,” issued 100,000 won in cash to the victim at the same place as on September 12, 2012.
