1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a person engaged in the breeding business, such as ducks, using the trade name of "C", and the defendant is a company with the purpose of manufacturing and selling food.

B. On July 12, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant supplied the Plaintiff with the original raw water and feed necessary for raising the original raw water, and the Plaintiff purchased and supplied the original raw water to the Defendant, and entered into an agreement on the entrustment of original raw water (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

C. According to the instant contract, the Plaintiff raised the original and supplied the original to the Defendant, and received commission fees from the Defendant.

2. Determination as to the cause of action

A.
