A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no fixed occupation, and is not a narcotics handler.

On February 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Gwangju District Court on February 12, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju District Court on July 13, 2016.

1. On January 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 g of Mesoft-gu Seoul Building, and the Defendant’s dwelling at the Defendant’s dwelling, 201, by inserting approximately 0.07gg of Mesophical medicine purchased from the injured, in a single-use injection instrument, and by dilutioning it with a bio-ves.

2. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 gramphones at the residence described in paragraph 1, and administered them in the same manner as described in paragraph 1.

3. On April 10, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 grams at the residence described in paragraph (1) around April 10, 2017, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs three times.
