Criminal facts

around May 2016, the Defendant was a person who operated the “E Research Institute” under the “E Research Institute” of the building C in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the victim B (V, 44 years old) was a student of a private teaching institute.

On March 7, 2017, the Defendant stated that, in the above private teaching institute, the Defendant would sell female products to the victim “in Korea,” 4.2 million won of the deposit, and that, even if the contract is terminated later, 4 million won of the monthly income will be returned and paid 500,000 won of the monthly income.

However, at the time of fact, the Defendant was liable for a debt exceeding KRW 100 million, and there was no specific business plan that could create certain profits, and even if receiving money, there was no intention or ability to pay the profits as agreed upon.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received 4.2 million won from the victim to his/her post account (G) from the victim, and received 50,213,400 won in total from the victim on December 26, 2017, and acquired 11 times from the victim.

On March 7, 2017, the amount of money obtained by deception (won) is to sell women's goods at the CEAFFF of Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and the deposit 4.2 million won is to be given to some stores of shopping malls, and even if the contract is terminated later, 4 million won is to be returned and 500,000 won is to be paid monthly revenue.

On March 8, 2017, Defendant 2: (a) on March 2017, 201, Defendant 3.2 million won; (b) on May 2, 2017, 2017, Defendant 200,000 won of the said place; (c) on May 2, 2017, 5, 9.8 million won of the said place on May 8, 2017; and (d) on August 18, 2017, Defendant 2000 won of the said place, Defendant 3.2 million won (G); and (d) would make a deputy governor if the said place was operated by Ha and Dongwon in purchasing a building in Cheongjuju, and said Doo Private Teaching Institute was operated.
