1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant KWK Co., Ltd.: (a) from December 17, 2015, KRW 1,107,400 and its amount.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendants engaged in cargo transport business concluded a transport contract with Amate.
B. The Defendants: (a) recruited a borrower to take charge of transporting coffee materials; (b) requested the Plaintiff to lend a license plate of 1 to 5 tons of trucks to the Plaintiff due to lack of business license plate; and (c) concluded a business license plate loan agreement with the following content on January 2014.
(hereinafter “instant contract”). o The Defendants take charge of the recruitment of land owners, the purchase of new vehicles, the installation of a train, etc., and the Plaintiff takes charge of the registration of the vehicle and the administrative management of the rolling stock, and lend the number plate for business use.
o All the expenses, such as the cost of vehicle, the cost of manufacturing a tower, the cost of leasing a number plate, and the cost of registration of vehicle driving, shall be paid by the Defendants from the land owner, and the expenses shall be settled by the Plaintiff, including the cost of registration and the
C. Defendant KSK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant KSK”) entered into a separate entry contract with the land owners listed in the annexed Table 1, and Defendant IMK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant KSK”) entered into an entry contract with the land owners listed in the annexed Table 2, and received all expenses from the land owners.
The settlement amount to be paid by Defendant K&K to the Plaintiff for each of the branch owners listed in the separate sheet No. 1 is the amount indicated in the above list’s “registration expenses” and “number plate lending expenses,” and the amount to be repaid to the Plaintiff is the amount indicated in the above list’s “paid amount.”
E. The settlement amount to be paid by Defendant MM case to the Plaintiff for each of the branch owners listed in the separate sheet No. 2 is the amount indicated in the aforesaid list’s “registration expenses” and “number plate lending expenses,” and the amount to be repaid to the Plaintiff is the amount indicated in the above list’s “paid amount.”
