On April 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the traffic of residents in neighboring villages and many unspecified people of the village who live in the vicinity of the Haak-gun, Gyeongnam-gun; and (b) interfered with the traffic of residents in neighboring villages and unspecified people by blocking the entrance of the road by means of installing pellets and cable drums on the road near the Haak-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.
