Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 10, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from an Ansan District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.

On February 16, 2020, at around 02:55, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.121% of blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant driven the said rocketing car and proceeded with the roads of five lanes in front of the area C in front of the area of Suwon-si in Suwon-si, along two lanes from the shooting distance of the area of the area of the right line, at the speed of the Si-high speed.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks’ medical treatment by negligence while driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and injury to the victim F, such as a conical signboard disability, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the date and time to the place indicated in the above paragraph (1) on the roads near Suwon-gu Ho-gu H apartment at Suwon-si.
