Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, the violation of the Road Traffic Act (not taking measures after an accident), and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On December 30, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.11% on blood alcohol level on December 30, 2018, and led to the driving of the said car along the two-lanes of the city, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, along the two-lanes of the monthly road from the flow distance distance to the two-lanes of the city.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim D, such as salt ties and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim F, sustained injury on the part of the victim F, such as base base and tensions for three weeks of treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim H and I, who is the passenger of the victim of the above rocketing other taxi, for two weeks of treatment. At the same time, KRW 6,439,129 of the repair cost, including the exchange of the front rocketing taxi, was 6,439,129 of the above rocketing taxi. Even though the above K5 taxi was damaged to the sum amounting to KRW 797,678 of the repair cost, including the exchange of the back wing taxi, the Defendant stopped immediately and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

2. Drivers of motor vehicles violating the Road Traffic Act shall be in danger to other persons according to the traffic conditions of roads and the structure and performance of motor vehicles;
