1. Defendant C is a person who is engaged in travel agency business while operating N Co., Ltd.

around 15:00 on November 9, 2010, the Defendant entered into a contract to lend Q and RS car for 48 hours from the above N N, which was located in No. 205 of the O building at Jeju, as an agent of P, with Q and RS car as to the above P’s automobile rental business, and entered into a contract to KRW 85,400 on a loan agreement reported by P, which is not KRW 122,00,000, not KRW 85,400, and P did not implement the reported rental agreement while lending the above car to Q in accordance with the above agreement.

The Defendant, including that, from that time until November 20, 2010, failed to comply with the rental terms and conditions reported in the same manner three times as shown in the attached Table (1).

2. Defendant E is a person who is engaged in travel agency business while operating SP events.

On November 9, 2010, the Defendant: (a) concluded a contract to lend Q and U new-learning automobiles to the said J Co., Ltd. for 48 hours in the capacity of the agent of the J Co., Ltd. at the third floor of T on November 11, 2010; (b) concluded a contract to lend the said J Co., Ltd. at KRW 74,000, not KRW 75,600, not KRW 75,600, while lending the said automobiles to the said Q in accordance with the terms and conditions of the above contract; and (c) the J Co., Ltd failed to implement the reported rental terms and conditions by collecting KRW 75,600,

The Defendant, including this, failed to comply with the rental agreement reported by the same method three times as shown in the attached crime sight table (2) around that time.

3. Defendant A is a person engaged in travel agency business while operating V.

On November 9, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, from the above V tourer Co., Ltd. on the third floor in Jeju Island, with respect to the automobile rental business of the said Co., Ltd. as his agent, X and YEz.
