Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, on October 2013, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the said motor vehicle under the name of the Defendant within 20 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she received DNA car rental vehicles registered in the name of the said juristic person C from the representative director B (State) in the name of the said juristic person.

2. The defendant who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Insurance shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on September 15, 2016, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in the street near the distance of the Seoul National University, at around 76, Manam-si, Manam-si, Sungnam-si.
