Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B.

On October 11, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car and got to turn to the left at the bottom of the modern department store in the first-lane 4-lane from Kintex 2 exhibition room, among the four-lanes in Kinkex 2-lanes in Goyang-si, Goyang-si.

At all times, there is a signal, etc. that has a sign of a non-protective left turn at the front side, so in such a case, the driver had a duty of care to check the safety of the course by properly examining the front left hand prior to passing through the intersection, and to prevent the accident by left turn without impeding the vehicle driving on the opposite line at the time of the straight-on signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to enter the intersection and neglected to turn to the left at the time of red signal while leaving the intersection. At this time, the Defendant: (a) the Victim C (the 30-year-old) who was working on the right side from the front department store of the Roman Hyundai Department Store at the right side, was taking a sudden action to find out and avoid the rocketing car which was driven by the victim C (the 30-year-old) late; (b) but (c) the Defendant did not avoid it and received the front portion of the rocketing car by the victim as the left side of the said Rason.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, injury to the above victim C, such as catum salt in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E (here, 43 years of age) who was on the Defendant’s Lyti car, such as cerebral leum in detail as having no open address for about two weeks of medical treatment, and damage to the victim F (the 23 years of age), to the left-hand pelle in need of medical treatment for about eight weeks of age.
