A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a C-ro vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.117% from the section of about 1km from the 1km-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si to Goyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, a city-do, from the front line of the mutual incompetence to the shooting distance of the 18 complex.
