The grounds of appeal are examined.
The judgment below
In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the court of first instance which acquitted the Defendants on the ground that there was no proof of crime as to the violation of the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies on August 3, 2010 among the facts charged in this case against the Defendants, and there is no violation of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
