Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 01:55 on October 28, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 2889,” committed violence, such as 20 times the inside part of the victim’s face, and 20 times the victim’s inner part of the victim’s face, on the hand of the victim, on the ground that the victim refused to drink on his/her own, while drinking alcohol on his/her own at a D restaurant located in Gwangju-si, 01:5, but the victim refused to drink at the time of his/her work.

1.
