A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall pay 570,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2018 Highest 7206";

A. On September 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s residence in the Osan-si apartment using smartphones to the Internet website; (b) falsely posted a false letter to the effect that “propony 4” is “to sell fate 4”; and (c) received 245,000 won from the victim’s bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

B. On September 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet website using a smartphone at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a); (b) posted a false statement to the effect that “proving flas4” and reported the false statement to the victim H that “to send flas4 on deposit of the price to the victim H; and (c) received 240,000 won from the victim to the F Bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.”

C. On September 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet website using smartphones at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a); (b) falsely posted a false letter to the effect that “proplate 4” and reported the false statement to the victim I who visited the victim I, that “I would send the proption 4 on deposit basis; and (c) then, the Defendant received 260,000 won from the victim to the F bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

On September 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) posted a false statement to the Internet website using smartphone at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a); (b) falsely read that “To sell flas4” was “to send flas4 on deposit basis; and (c) then, the Defendant received 260,000 won from the victim’s bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day to the F Bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.”
