Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On May 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one month of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on September 3, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the female prison on September 3, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 21, 2016, around 201, the Defendant cut off 2.60 million won of the victim’s market price owned by the Defendant, which was kept at the victim’s seat at the 363 Y3's bicycle storage center located in the area of peace-based 12:25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off the locking device of a yellow bicycle with the Defendant in advance using a nicker; and (b) cut off the Defendant, leading one bicycle.

2. On October 22, 2016, around 12:00 on October 22, 2016, the Defendant cut off the locking device of the REMX 21’s red bicycle, which was kept at the 309 additional digital group’s bicycle storage place in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, by using a nicker in advance, and cut off the locking device of the REMX 21’s red bicycle, which was kept at the 309 additional digital group’s bicycle storage place, and then cut off the same bicycle by using a nicker.e., the Defendant.

3. On November 4, 2016, around 10:00 on November 4, 2016, the Defendant cut the lock lock devices of “TERN” white bicycle in the market price unclaimed to the victim’s possession at the new road bicycle storage facility located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, a prisoner of war, etc., by using the niferer in advance, and cut the same bicycle.
