Punishment of the crime

The defendant is driving a C Twitler.

When the driver of any motor vehicle intends to make a right-hand at the intersection, he/she shall pass along the right-hand side of the road in advance.

Nevertheless, around 09:00 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant driven the said Twitler and proceeded with one-lane of the two-lanes at the intersection at the entrance of the Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon Sports University, Daejeon, while bypassing the two-lanes, and violated the passing method by crossing the two-lanes.
