1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

During the process of the decision on non-approval of part of additional medical care for official duties, the Plaintiff (B male) served as a public official of Grade VII in general service at the Goyang Police Station. On December 22, 2017, the Goyangyang Police Station was in charge of the duties of the facilities of the Goyang Police Station. On December 22, 2017, the Plaintiff obtained approval for the total period of medical care for 17 days from December 22, 2017, when he/she was in charge of the duties of changing lighting by taking up one employee and a bridge from the Goyangyang Police Station Gangwon Police Station; he/she was in charge of the duties of changing lighting.
