1. As to Defendant B Company’s KRW 721,623,891 and its KRW 150,000,000 among the Plaintiff, Defendant B Company shall start from June 14, 2017, and 501.

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s ground Atel in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant officetel”).

(2) On March 15, 2011, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) concluded a management-type land trust agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”) with F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) and sold the instant officetel.

3) Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”).

2) The instant construction work is called the “instant construction work” (hereinafter referred to as the “instant construction”).

Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) is a new contractor upon receipt of a contract.

(B) The Defendant C guaranteed the obligation to repair the defects of the instant officetel. B. The Defendant C, which entered into the performance guarantee insurance contract with Defendant D on May 13, 2013, is a guarantee insurance contract (hereinafter “instant guarantee insurance contract”) under which the insured is the Defendant B with respect to the instant instant officetel newly built construction between Defendant D and the insured on May 13, 2013.

A. The term of insurance coverage of the securities number No. 1 set forth in the table No. 1 (G 1 G 1 from May 15, 2013 to May 14, 2014; 1,108,775,052 H 2 H 2 from May 15, 2013 to May 14, 2015; 926,768,5813 I from May 14, 2015 to May 14, 2015; 77,405,05,0514 J. 15, 2013 to May 15, 2016; 1,373,765,316

C. The instant officetel obtained approval for use and defects of the instant officetel 1) on May 15, 2013. The instant officetel obtained approval for use on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant C did not construct a part of the instant officetel to be constructed in accordance with the design drawing (approval for use) in the process of new construction; (b) constructed a defective construction; or (c) changed the design drawing differently from the design drawing; and (d) thereby, there was a defect in cracks, water leakages, etc. in the section for common use and the section for exclusive use; and (b) thereby, the instant officetel caused a trouble in functions, aesthetics, or safety in the instant officetel from October 21, 2013.
