Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 8, 2012, F Co., Ltd. (formerly changed: G; hereinafter “G”) drafted a construction contract with the Defendant, setting the construction period of the instant officetel (hereinafter “instant officetel”) as KRW 4,632,10,000 from February 23, 2012 to September 30, 2012, setting the construction cost as KRW 4,632,10,000 from February 23, 2012 to September 30, 2012.
B. Of the instant officetels, the following sales contracts (hereinafter “each sales contract of this case”) and the transfer and takeover contract of sales rights were made for the instant officetels Nos. 401, 505, 705, and 1007:
On November 22, 2012, 401, the transferee of the transfer price on the date of preparation of the contract for the transfer of an office-sale contract, and the transferee of the transfer price on the date of preparation of the purchase price for the sale of an office-sale contract, and Defendant G G G G 60,000 on November 22, 2012, were jointly and severally and severally guaranteed by G L.
