A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 16:00 on March 8, 2012, the Defendant, at the operating room of the “E Hospital” operated by the victim D located in the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cbuilding, used the gap in the management of hospital-related persons to prepare for F, which is the Defendant’s seat, and used the gap in the management of hospital-related persons, thereby 20 square meters in a capacity of 1.5 million won in the market value (5 illness of one box, 15 diseases, and 100,000 won in a market value of 1.5 million won in a single box) and stolen it at the Defendant’s home.

B. At around 12:30 on March 9, 2012, the Defendant used a gap in the management of hospital-related persons in order to make preparations for G surgery, etc., the Defendant, who was in custody in the air conditioners, and stolen the sum of 700,000,000 won in the market value of one propool with the capacity of 50,000 square meters (20,000,000 won per disease) and 20,000,000 square meters (1,00,000,000,000 won per disease) in the operating room of the above “E Hospital”, and then stored it in the Defendant’s house.

C. At around 17:30 on March 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in which the management of the hospital-related persons was neglected for the Defendant’s preparation, etc. for the procedure; (b) took advantage of the gap in which the management of the hospital-related persons was stored in the cooling room; (c) took off the sum of 1.5 million won in the market price of the propool 3 boxes (five diseases per one box, five diseases) with the capacity of 20 livers, which were kept in the cooling room; and (d) taken them into the Defendant’s bank and stolen it.

At around 15:00 on March 13, 2012, the Defendant used a gap in the management of hospital-related persons in order to prepare for the operation of H, which is the Defendant’s seat, by taking advantage of the gap in which the management of hospital-related persons was neglected, and 50,000 won (60,000 won) of the market price of professional 3 diseases in the cooling, which was kept in the cooling house, was put into the Defendant’s bank, and stolen it.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen 4.3 million won in total, 4.3 million won in the market price of propool with a capacity of 20 meters, 50 meters, and propool with a capacity of 50 meters.

2. A person other than a person handling narcotics for committing a crime for propool medication;
