Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From November 1, 2015 to October 31, 2017, the Defendant is a person who is in charge of the position of the chairperson for the election management of the Busan Northern District C Apartment from November 1 to October 31, 2017.

On December 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was in charge of the management director office of the resident representative conference as the Dong representative, and (b) was elected as the Dong representative again on November 30, 2015, and (c) was registered as a candidate for the election of the president of the resident representative council in 2016, and (d) was damaged the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts on the following grounds: (a) although there was no fact that the victim D, who was registered as a candidate for the election of the president of the resident representative council in 2016, received money and valuables from the apartment-related company, the notice of the result of the meeting of the election management committee in the above 11 bulletin board and the elevator inside the above apartment: (b) the qualification examination of the representative representative of the D candidate, and
